Stay In The Loop

  • Property Performance - Your monthly rent will outline how the property has performed for the previous month, this will include the number of bookings and the overall income received with all costs deducted to show a clear line of profit.

  • You will also receive a forecast report that will show the activity and projected income for the coming six months, this will update on each report.

  • You will also be advised each time a new booking is confirmed, the length of stay and agreed rate via your personal property manager.

  • Following each guest stay a cleaning report will be sent by your property manager showing you the property set up and cleaned ready for the next guest.
