The first thing to do is get registered with us so we can ensure you are the first to know about any new properties. We will go through all your requirements and specific needs so we can match you to the right property to enable you to make it a long term home

The Process

To ensure you are prepared we have outlined the process and requirements so that you can get everything ready to ensure a smooth process from viewing, too referencing and securing your property.

 
 

We want to make sure that renting one of our properties is a pleasurable experience from the viewing, through the referencing, receiving the key to your new home and every moment spent enjoying the property thereafter. We have outlined the key points of the process we will go through to help you prepare to help us deliver you a problem free experience.

  • Register your details.

  • Be the first to hear about our new properties.

  • Book a viewing at a convenient time to you.

  • Once we have shown you a property you like, you place a holding deposit to secure, this is equal to 1 weeks rent.

  • Upon receipt of the deposit the property will be secured pending referencing.

  • You will need to provide proof of ID, and proof of current address, if you are here on a residents card you may be required to provide both your residents card and passport.

  • We will carry out the right to rent application for any party wishing to rent the property, ID will need to be provided for each person.

  • We use Homelet for our referencing, following a successful Right to Rent application we submit your details, you will then be contacted by Homelet directly to complete your personal information online so the referencing can take place.

  • Upon successful referencing we will send you the Digital AST to review and sign.

  • We will then be in touch to arrange a suitable move in day. On moving day you will collect the keys from our office and be provided with the full inventory for you to check when you move in.

  • Once you take occupancy you will receive 24/ 7 assistance should there be any issues or problems that arise throughout your tenancy.
