Our number one priority is ensuring the complete safety of you, your family and friends now the time is approaching to proceed with physical viewings once again.

Below we have outlined the procedures we are looking to follow on physical viewings carried out in our clients properties. These are following the guidelines outlined by the government and Public Health England and we are sure you will be happy about the way we are looking to protect yourself and our clients.

  • Anyone showing a property to yourself will have used a hand sanitiser and will be wearing protective vinyl gloves from as soon as they enter the property.

  • We may ask that a virtual viewing is carried out in the first instance of certain properties before booking a physical viewing.

  • All staff that showing a property in person will have been completely symptom free and will have been for a min of 14 days.

  • Any members of the household we are showing you around will have been completely symptom free for a min of 14 days.

  • We will ask that anyone viewing a property is in a position to move forward with an offer if the property is suitable so will have a sale agreed or if no property to sell a mortgage agreement in principle.

  • All people viewing will be asked to use our hand sanitiser and wear protective vinyl gloves supplied by us. We do also have a supply of face masks and may request these are worn for the viewing as well..

  • On the viewing we will open any doors or give access to outside space, storage spaces etc. to insure minimum contact from the people viewing. Any space or room you’d like to look in can be accessed and this will not restrict your viewing ability or pleasure.

  • A maximum number of 2 people from the same household will be allowed to view the property at any one time. If there are more than 2 people we will confirm this prior to the viewing and make suitable arrangements.

  • Strict social distancing measures will be in place at all times.

  • We will request vendors do leave the property whilst viewings are being carried out to help with social distancing.

  • We are only able to carry out a maximum of two viewings per day on most of our properties, this is to protect you, our clients and those close to them so please be patient with us.

If you do have any questions prior to the viewing, or any concerns about anything outlined above please don’t hesitate to ask.

Please remember these procedures are not to inhibit your viewing pleasure or ability but to continue the good work of everyone thus far. They ensure the safety of yourself and our clients, those close the them along with creating a further and even worse second wave.
